2014 was such a whirlwind of sugary sweetness that I regret not blogging at least once a week to track the memories of what all I was able to accomplish. I was able to partake in and create some wonderful events, great parties and fun times which I will share pics of shortly.
2015 has came in fast as ever. I've at least started off the year so far having all the bakery area sorted and organized and ready for all the future cakes. I hope to get more cake dummies made and on display to offer a trendy up to date variety of what Party Cakes by Heather can offer. I also have been working on several varieties of specialties cakes that have proven to be crowd favorites. one being the Reese's peanut butter cake with peanut butter buttercream, chopped up Reese's in the center and on top along with peanut butter and chocolate chip morsels around the edges. Also another tasty creation is a carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream and adorned with toasted pecans.
 This one unfortunately I did not take a pic of the inside layers, but I call it an Island Dream Cake. I had to add an edible image to this particular one. It is layers of fresh banana and strawberry cake with coconut buttercream and rolled in toasted coconut.
 This one is a German chocolate with chocolate buttercream and traditional coconut pecan icing.
